What is the difference between a good team, a great team and a championship team?

In the many years I’ve been working with players as a coach or instructor I’ve been blessed to have met now 1, but 2 natural leaders on the field. This past weekend I met my third.
To protect her real name, we’ll just call her “Gabsters.” If I’m lucky, I will get to encourage her to utilize the amazing gift she’s been given for many years. And if you are lucky, she will give me lots of learning lessons to share.
